On 28 May 2026, the Católica Medical School promoted a volunteer initiative at a residential care home for the elderly.

Organised by the Students’ Association, through the Glee Club, in partnership with the Department of Social Action, this initiative provided moments of social interaction, intergenerational exchange and musical entertainment, reinforcing the Católica Medical School’s commitment to social responsibility, volunteering and community engagement. The musical component was led by the Glee Club, while the volunteers actively participated in interaction activities with the residents.

Through this initiative, the Católica Medical School reaffirms its role as an academic institution deeply committed to social responsibility, community service and the education of physicians who are aware of their human and social role.
