Last Thursday, the company Ignít, represented by the dedicated Dr. Melissa Ricardo and Dr. Sandra Fernandes, demonstrated a remarkable act of solidarity by making a significant donation to the School of Medicine. Ignít action aimed to assist two students enrolled in the Integrated Master in Medicine,  who were in a humanitarian emergency situation.

The donation consisted of two state-of-the-art laptops, which will be essential for the academic progress of the students.

Ignít generosity was received with gratitude by the Director of the School of Medicine, Professor António Almeida, who ensured that the laptops would be immediately assigned to the students, providing them with the necessary support to overcome the challenges they face in their personal lives.

Ignít demonstrated that, in addition to its commercial activities, it also values corporate social responsibility and supports education. This exemplary contribution will serve as a beacon of hope for the students, allowing them to continue pursuing their dreams and academic goals.
