This CU intends to provide a formal and systematic follow-up for doctoral students throughout their academic career.

Thus, the main objectives of this CU are:

• Detect any gaps in competences, skills and knowledge considered important for obtaining the degree (general and within the specific scientific domain) at an early stage, and to implement a solution.
• Improvement of skills and attitudes of written and oral communication, critical thinking and ability to analyze and synthesize.
• Increased student resilience, psychological well-being and safety.
