André Alves

André Alves holds a degree in Applied Communication in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing from the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias. He also holds an Executive Master's in Management with a specialization in Digital Innovation, and has completed various training programs, including a Digital Marketing Strategy course at Harvard Business School. His career has always been tied to marketing, from agencies to large retail companies. He works as a consultant for organizations across various sectors, contributing to the development of the brands he represents.

He is currently the Brand & Digital Marketing Director at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, as well as a professor and programme director at both Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, teaching courses on strategy and digital marketing.
 

Joana Nobre

Joana Nobre is a Pharmacist with a Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Lisbon. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in Dermopharmacy and Cosmetics from IUCS-Norte, and in Branding and Image Management from IPAM-Lisbon. Additionally, she is a specialist in Digital Marketing Management and Luxury Management, both from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.

She has worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry since 2005, holding national and international leadership and communication roles. She teaches at various higher education institutions and is the coordinator and lecturer of the Postgraduate Program in Cosmetological Sciences at AHED by Nova Medical School.

Since 2021, Joana has been the CEO of Crème de la Crème, the first Portuguese consultancy firm in the cosmetics field, where she creates, develops, and communicates Cosmetic Science projects. Since 2024, she has been a contributor to Vogue Portugal, writing about beauty and actively promoting health literacy. She is also the author of the book Breve História da Cosmética and the first TED Talk on Sustainability at TEDx Porto.

With a continuous passion for learning, she is currently a student at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, enrolled in the Aesthetics and Art Theory course.
 

Patrícia Nunes Coelho

Patrícia Nunes Coelho holds a degree in Management and Business Administration, an Executive Master's in Strategic Marketing, and a Master's in Applied Management, all from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. She is an executive with 25 years of experience in management, strategy, and marketing, having worked with prestigious companies such as Danone, Grupo Artsana, and Grupo Lifestyles Healthcare.

Currently, she is the Iberian Marketing Director for Lifestyles Healthcare, overseeing the brand Control, known for its innovative and bold communication. Patrícia is also a guest lecturer for postgraduate programs and a speaker at various conferences. In 2023, she was named Communicator of the Year by APCE, and in 2024, she received the BIG FISH 2024 Marketeer award.

Inês Tomás Mateus

Inês Tomás Mateus has over 15 years of experience in Product Marketing and Digital Strategy, with an extensive career at L'Oréal, where she held leadership positions in Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, and Business Development.

Inês currently is Director of the Pharmacy Business Unit, which includes the La Roche-Posay, Vichy, Skinceuticals, and CeraVe brands. Previously, as Head of Digital at Samsung, she was responsible for the brand's digital strategy in Portugal, where she led the launch and expansion of all the brand's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) and local content strategy. Inês holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from ISCTE and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

Alexandra Abreu

Alexandra Abreu holds a degree in Communication Sciences, specialising in Journalism from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. She recently completed the PAGE (Advanced Management Programme for Executives) and a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Marketing and Leading Brands from CATÓLICA-LISBON.

Since 2019, she has been a Professor in the Postgraduate Program in "Marketing and Brand Strategies" at Universidade Lusófona, where she teaches the course on Brand Reputation and Crisis Management.

Alexandra began her professional journey in journalism, but it was in Communication Consultancy that she found her true passion, and she has been working in this field ever since. She has worked at GCI as Corporate Communications Director and at PURE Ativism. Her portfolio includes clients such as Sonae MC, IKEA, Unicer, Sumol-Compal, APED, among many others.

In 2017, she decided to create Think PR, with the goal of doing things differently—more relationally and more closely connected to people and their projects.

Hugo Alexandre Tavares


Hugo da Silva Tavares is a Lawyer specializing in the Life Sciences sector, with extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Law, Intellectual Property and “Business Law”.

Currently, he works as Legal and Compliance Manager for pharmaceutical companies, offering strategic consultancy on contracts, Intellectual property and data protection. He is a trainer in the area of ​​compliance and participates in entities such as APIFARMA, where he coordinates groups dedicated to the RGPD.

Researcher in Private Law at CEJEIA, he develops legal studies, including his doctoral thesis. Actively participates in bioethics and innovation events, combining legal rigor and strategic vision.
