The Dean shall exercise his powers, advised by the Strategic Board.

The Strategic Board is a consultative body of the Católica Medical School, composed by a set of prominent personalities in the field of Medicine, designated by the Dean's Board.

The competencies of the Strategic Board are present in Article 17 of the Regulation of the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
