- The application may be sent to the Academic and Administrative Services (medicina.fm@ucp.pt), which will arrange for it to be forwarded for analysis by the Dean, or Directorate of the Center/Department that will receive the employee.

- According to the Erasmus+ Program, teaching/training assignments must have a minimum duration of two days for faculty, where they must ensure a minimum teaching period of eight hours, and five days for staff.
What documents are necessary to formalize the arrival of an IN Faculty/Staff?
- The formalization of the visit is made by signing the Mobility Agreement, which must be signed by the employee, the home institution, and UCP. Sometimes a request is made to send a letter of invitation, which, although not compulsory, can be undertaken directly by the Academic and Administrative Services.

- Ideally, the documents should be signed by the Academic and Administrative Services, as a means of keeping control of the employees who are visiting CMS.
