"It is with immense joy, honor, gratitude, and a sense of responsibility that I begin the inauguration ceremony of the Católica Medical School Student’s Union", said Inês Lajas, as she presented herself for the first time as the President of the General Assembly, at the start of the event that marked the official inauguration of the Católica Medical School Student’s Union (CatólicaMedSU).
On May 22nd, the first Inauguration of CatólicaMedSU was celebrated, a momentous occasion for both the university and the student community.
After two years of dedicated efforts, the establishment of CatólicaMedSU solidified its position as a representative body, amplifying the voice of the student body and advocating for their interests.
The Inauguration Event showcased the commitment, unity, and determination of the numerous students involved in the process. From the founding members to the actively contributing students, this achievement is a testament to their unwavering dedication.

"We are the students of the Medicine of the Future, and it is our duty and responsibility to leave an indelible mark on this institution and the world beyond.
