Susana Falardo, dentist and co-coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Sleep Medicine at the Católica Medical School, was awarded the Pierre Robin International Award 2025, the highest recognition of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).

In parallel, Susana Falardo also assumed the presidency of the same organization for 2025-2026.

The Pierre Robin Award is the highest recognition granted by AADSM to individuals who have made scientific contributions to the field of Sleep Medicine. “Receiving this award is a great responsibility, but at the same time, it gives me great motivation to continue my path in the field of sleep medicine, drawing attention to the multidisciplinary approach, as well as to the important role of dentistry in increasing awareness, knowledge and training of qualified dentists in sleep medicine”, says Susana Falardo, co-coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Sleep Medicine at the Católica Medical School.
