Final Conference | Free Participation with Registration Required
Responsible Science: Building a Culture of Integrity in Research, at Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, Lisbon, 14 November 2025 | 10:00–13:00
This public event marks the closing of the NERQ Training and is open to all interested participants. Join us for a thought-provoking final conference where leading voices in research ethics and policy will explore how institutions and researchers can navigate the evolving landscape of research integrity.
Key questions:
- How can we move beyond compliance to build a true culture of integrity grounded in shared values and ethical reflection?
- What structural changes are needed to make responsible research practices achievable in a system driven by publication metrics and funding pressures?
- How should researchers engage with the societal impact of their work — and how can integrity frameworks adapt to the challenges of AI, open science, and global collaboration?
This will be more than a conversation, it will be a call to action for institutions, funders, and researchers to rethink how we define and support integrity in research.
Participation for the final conference is free, but registration is mandatory.
