Applications

Delegates, Chairs, Head Delegates, and Observers are all invited to apply for the CMS Model WHO 2025 conference. We welcome participants from around the world to join us for an enriching experience in Lisbon, Portugal, where they will engage in dynamic debates on critical global health issues.

How to Apply:

To apply for the conference, please visit the official CMS Model WHO 2025 MyMun. There, you will be able to submit your application and select your desired role and committee.

Important Deadlines:

  • Chairs: January 24, 2025 – January 30, 2025
  • Delegates: February 24, 2025 – April 20, 2025
  • Head Delegates: February 24, 2025 – April 20, 2025
  • Observers: January 21, 2025 – April 20, 2025

Application Requirements:

  • Completion of the online application form with personal and contact information
  • Selection of committee preferences
  • Agreement to adhere to conference guidelines and deadlines
  • Prompt payment

Below are the participation fees for this year’s conference:

• Observer: 22€
• Delegate: 50€ Early Bird | 55€ Regular
• Delegation (per delegate): 50€ Early Bird | 55€ Regular
• Head Delegate: 50€ Early Bird | 55€ Regular

What’s Included?

The participation fee covers:
- Access to all pre-conference workshops with experts
- Comprehensive study guides
- Transportation from Lisbon through Oeiras to CMS Model WHO and back (details to be announced soon)
- Coffee breaks and meals throughout the conference
- Social events (except for Observers, who do not have access to socials)

The delegate fee is refundable only until committee assignments are made.
