Academic Year Registration
The annual enrolment tax payment will be available for students who attended CMS-UCP in 2024/2025 from 15 June 2025, and is required in order to be able to enrol for 1st semester subjects in the 2025/2026 academic year.
The deadline for payment is August 8, 2025.

Declarations and Certificates
All the declarations and certificates are issued by the Academic Services of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, for which you should request the desired documents in Fenix and make the payment of the document, where applicable.
Declaration of Enrolment
1. Go to https://fenix.ucp.pt and log in with your UCP email and password.
2. After logging in, click on “myFenix” » “Services” » “Requisitions”.
3. Click on the (+) Create button » Select the Type of Request » Declaration of Enrolment (registered)
4. Select the Purpose »
5. Select the Course - [L1850] Integrated Master's Degree in Medicine [Registered].
6. Fill out the form (if requested) and finalise your request by clicking on » Submit.
Regulation for Study Cycles of the Católica Medical School of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa
This regulation establishes the rules for the organization and functioning of the study cycles of the Católica Medical School of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and applies to all enrolled students.
Student Card
The student card is issued by Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) at the beginning of the academic year:
- Identification card, without a bank connection;
- Identification card associated with a bank account at the CGD.
School Insurance
The University subscribed, with Fidelidade - Companhia de Seguros, S.A., a School Insurance for all students enrolled and registered at the headquarters of the University in Lisbon, whether they are attending classes in Portugal or doing Erasmus or other mobility abroad.
This insurance only covers accidents (not illnesses) occurring during:
- The school activity itself;
- The internships that are part of the curricular plan of the various existing courses;
- Extra-curricular internships organized by the Units, Faculties and Institutes;
- Sports practice in representation of the University, excluding:
- Motor sports;
- Winter sports;
- Boxing, karate or other martial arts;
- Bullfighting;
- Other similarly dangerous sports.

In the event of an accident:
- Serious Accidents: The injured person should be taken to the nearest hospital establishment.
- Other accidents: The injured person may resort to any health establishment, public or private.
Reporting the accident:
The accident should be reported to the Academic Services as soon as possible, using the procedure described here (in portuguese).
