About 70 medical students from the Catholic University left their classrooms and got to work renovating a nursing home in Seia. The volunteer initiative served to foster a spirit of mutual assistance and raise awareness of the importance of people-centered medical practice.

Music helps keep the momentum going in the mission of these medical students from the Catholic University, committed to renovating a nursing home in the village of Pinhanços, in the municipality of Seia. 

What at first glance seems to have nothing to do with the future profession of these young people actually has a purpose that reinforces the importance of people-centered medicine.
