We are delighted to invite you to the third CBR Day, scheduled for the 6th of June 2024. The event will be held in the Main Auditorium of the Católica Medical School (CMS) at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

This year's CBR Day is particularly special as it features presentations from our PhD students, showcasing their innovative research projects. The CBR Days, held bi-annually at the Faculdade de Medicina, aim to enhance interaction among the various CBR groups and to raise awareness of the research and activities promoted by the CBR within the CMS community and the broader national and international scientific community.

The event will be a full day of seminars presented by PhD students from the different CBR groups, providing a platform for them to share their work and receive valuable feedback.

We are honored to have Prof. Brian Lazzaro, Liberty Hyde Bailey Professor at Cornell University and Director of the Cornell Institute of Host-Microbe Interactions and Disease, delivering the keynote seminar at 12:00 PM. Additionally, we welcome Dr. Joana Corrêa Monteiro, a distinguished researcher and lecturer on Ethics, Philosophy, Literature, and Education at Nova School of Business and Economics and Católica Medical School, for a special guest seminar.
