Required Documentation for the Application

In the application process, all applicants will be required to fill out an online form and attach the following documentation:
 

• Passport-type photo;  
• Identification document – Citizen Card or other type of document. If another type of document is provided instead of the Citizen Card, the tax identification number is also required;  
• Academic Degree Certificate(s);  
• Detailed Curriculum Vitae;  
• Motivation letter (maximum 2 pages). 

Applicants will be selected based on academic education and professional experience.

Application and Tuition Fees

The application fee for the Sleep Lab Academy is 100.00€. This amount is non-refundable.

The tuition fee is 2000.00€ (to be paid within the enrollment period).

After creating the account, the candidate will receive access data in their email.

1. Once you have the access data, the candidate can proceed to formalize the application at fenix.ucp.pt/login
    
2. Access to fenix.ucp.pt/login must be done by filling in the User and Password fields and then clicking on Login
