Free regular health screenings: Blood Pressure and Body Mass Index

The Institute of Health Sciences will carry out a health promotion action on the University's campuses, during the month of May, with students of the Undergraduate Degree in Nursing and the Integrated Master Degree in Medicine, marking the celebrations of the "month of May, month of the heart".

May 8 – Sintra Campus – Católica Medical School
May 15 – Palma de Cima Campus
May 22 –  Biblioteca Universitária João Paulo II
May 29 – Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics

Between 10 am and 1 pm we will promote the adoption of healthy lifestyle behaviors, regarding the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, checking blood pressure and body mass index.
