Academic Year Registration

The annual enrolment tax payment will be available for students who attended CMS-UCP in 2023/2024 from 15 June 2024, and is required in order to be able to enrol for 1st semester subjects in the 2024/2025 academic year.

The deadline for payment is August 9, 2024

Declarations and Certificates 

All the declarations and certificates are issued by the Academic Services of the Catholic University of Portugal, for which you should request the desired documents in Fenix and make the payment of the document, where applicable.  

Once the documents are issued, they are sent to the School Services of the Catholic University of Portugal and are available for collection in the Academic and Administrative Area.

sub23 Pass Declaration

You can download the declaraton for the sub23  pass in Fenix.

  1. Access Fenix and login with your student number and password.
  2. In the menu on the left, select "Academic register" and then "Sub23 Statement".
  3. In the following page, in the upper right corner, select "Get Declaration" to download the declaration, filled out and signed.

 

Regulation for Study Cycles of the Católica Medical School of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa

This regulation establishes the rules for the organization and functioning of the study cycles of the Católica Medical School of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and applies to all enrolled students.

Student Card 

The student card is issued by Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) at the beginning of the academic year: 

  1. Identification card, without a bank connection; 
  2. Identification card associated with a bank account at the CGD. 

School Insurance 

The University subscribed, with Fidelidade - Companhia de Seguros, S.A., a School Insurance for all students enrolled and registered at the headquarters of the University in Lisbon, whether they are attending classes in Portugal or doing Erasmus or other mobility abroad.

This insurance only covers accidents (not illnesses) occurring during: 

  • The school activity itself; 
  • The internships that are part of the curricular plan of the various existing courses; 
  • Extra-curricular internships organized by the Units, Faculties and Institutes;
  • Sports practice in representation of the University, excluding: 
    • Motor sports; 
    • Winter sports; 
    • Boxing, karate or other martial arts; 
    • Bullfighting; 
    • Other similarly dangerous sports.

In the event of an accident: 

  • Serious Accidents: The injured person should be taken to the nearest hospital establishment. 
  • Other accidents: The injured person may resort to any health establishment, public or private. 


Reporting the accident: 

The accident should be reported to the Academic Services as soon as possible, using the procedure described here (in portuguese).
