Hosted at the Católica Medical School, this event brings together leading national and international experts to discuss the latest research and clinical insights in women’s sleep health. With a focus on how biological, hormonal, and psychosocial factors influence sleep in different stages of a woman’s life, the program covers a wide range of topics, including pediatric insomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, narcolepsy, sleep during pregnancy, menopause, and the impact of nutrition and fertility on sleep.
