We were delighted to welcome the first-year students of the PhD Programme in Medical Sciences at a welcome session attended by the Programme Coordinators, Professor Sofia Menéres and Professor Pedro Mateus, other faculty members, and the CADOS representative, Dr. Aline Villas Boas.

From fundamental science to clinical research and medical education, our new PhD students are now embarking on a journey of discovery, critical thinking, and innovation, aiming to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and Medical Sciences.
