The Unidade Local de Saúde do Oeste (ULS do Oeste), established on January 1, 2024, comprises the Western Hospital Center and the Western, Northern, and Southern ACeS, serving approximately 235,000 residents. It covers municipalities such as Caldas da Rainha, Torres Vedras, Peniche, and others, managing hospitals and health centers that provide primary and specialized care.

Main Integrated Units:

• Hospitals: Caldas da Rainha District Hospital, Torres Vedras District Hospital, São Pedro Gonçalves Telmo Hospital (Peniche).
• Health Centers (ACES): Covers health centers in the North (Caldas, Peniche, Óbidos, Bombarral) and South (Torres Vedras, Cadaval, Lourinhã, Sobral de Monte Agraço).
