The Viseu Regional Centre is organizing the next Laudato si' Year initiative at our University.
With the theme "Social Responsibility in/with Organizations", are invited Professor António Rafael Amaro, Assistant Professor at the University of Coimbra who will speak about Corporate Social Responsibility: Misconceptions, Myths and Realities, followed by the intervention of Dr. Regina Cruz, Founder and CEO of Being@Work, who will address the theme "Internal Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Goals".
There will also be time to talk about Innovation with Dr. Rita Pelica Oliveira, Founder and CEO of ONYOU, under the theme "Impact: The Organizational and Individual Social Responsibility in a Culture of Innovation". The session will close with a brief speech by the Bishop of Viseu, D. António Luciano.
Prior to the session, the Winner of the Photography Contest "Caring for the Common House" will be announced, an initiative that took place between August and September as part of the Laudato si' Year.
After analysis and evaluation of the applications by the School of Arts in Porto, the Winner and the Honorable Mentions awarded will be known on this day and time, followed by the session "Social Responsibility in/with Organizations".
The event will take place on November 24th at 2:15p.m. live from the UCP Auditorium in Viseu with zoom transmission.
