Organized by the Católica Biomedical Research Centre, the CBeRa Forum 2026 brings together researchers, healthcare professionals, hospital managers, and industry representatives from around the world.

The event will address topics such as the role of artificial intelligence, data science, complex systems, and network science in transforming biomedical research and healthcare systems.

“We are witnessing an unprecedented explosion in the amount of data generated by biomedical research. The main challenge is no longer just producing information, but being able to interpret it and turn it into useful knowledge to improve the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases,” says Luís Rocha, ERA Chair holder of the CBeRa project at the Católica Biomedical Research Centre.
